The printed statement of work contains only indicative data. Users must check and adjust the dates if necessary. The statement of work sheet is printed in * .xlsx format, i.e. Microsoft Excel. Adjustments to data can be made there. The application cannot pre-fill all the data due to the large number of different types of jobs and working hours and due to other technical reasons. The statement of work displays the vacations saved in ELF2 and those that were entered into SAP and are therefore displayed in the Absence section of your Portal Profile. We do not show vacations directly from SAP, but from the Portal. Furthermore, the statement of work displays business trips and incapacity for work (sickness benefits). It is not possible to automatically display other types of absences due to technical reasons. All previously printed / saved statements of work are available in the '''Previous statements of work [1]''' section.
