It's called "VPN" (Virtual Private Network). You can access the UP computer network from nearly any place in the world as if you were on the premises of UP. VPN allows you to search through databases and other information systems which are limited to the UP address space for licensing or security reasons. With VPN you will have the same rights and opportunities as if you were connected to the UP network e.g., inside the faculty building. | ||
