FAQ
I want to log in to Portal, but I don't know my login name. How can I find it?
Students can find their login (Portal ID) in portal in Contacts tab or in Contract to borrow an Identification Card, which every student signs when the card is picked up at CVT. If you cannot find your name in Contacts and you do not have your Contract to borrow an Identification Card printed out, contact Helpdesk at stag-help@upol.cz, or call +420 585 631 842 during office hours.
Employees have to get their (Portal ID) from their computer network administrator, or at extension 1842 - Mrs. Čeplová. Your user name is also printed on Contract to borrow an Identification Card.

Chci si změnit heslo do portálu. Jak to mám udělat?
Po přihlášení do portálu použijete odkaz vpravo nahoře Upravit můj profil. Vyplníte stávající heslo, nové heslo a potvrdíte změnu. Nové heslo musí mít minimálně 8 znaků, z toho je alespoň 1 písmeno a 1 číslice. Další změna hesla je možná nejdříve po 6 minutách.
Zapomněl jsem heslo do portálu i do pošty. Jak mám postupovat?
V tomto případě lze provést pouze reset hesla do portálu na původní tvar – tj. rodné číslo bez lomítka. Buď napíšete na adresu stag-help@upol.cz a připojíte ověřovací údaje – svůj login, adresu trvalého bydliště, rodné číslo nebo v pracovní dobu využijete servisní číslo 58 563 1842 a požádáte o reset hesla pracovníka CVT, nebo svého fakultního správce sítě.
