Zkrácenou verzi přihláškou pošlete na adresu dané fakulty, na kterou se hlásíte a která ji vyžaduje. Pokud se hlásíte na více fakult, pošlete zkrácenou verzi přihlášky na každou z nich. Adresy fakult se dozvíte v pokynech k přijímacímu řízení, které najdete na stránkách '''[http://www.upol.cz/ www.upol.cz]''', odkaz na konkrétní stránku se také zobrazuje v seznamu podaných přihlášek (Zobrazit pokyny ve sloupci '''Operace'''). Pokyny si pečlivě přečtěte!
Please send the shortened version of the application form to the address of a faculty to which you are applying and which requires the shortened version. If you are applying to more than one faculty, send the shortened version to each faculty. You can find addresses of each faculty in study requirements of each faculty. Links to the faculties which you are applying for are in the list of applications. (Operation sidebar menu) Read the requirements thoroughly and carefully!
