If you are signing up for the first time, your password is your birth code without slash. Once you’ve signed in, portal will ask you to change your password, which should be at least eight characters long and should include at least one letter and one number.
Your user account will be generated 1-2 working days after your enrollment to studies. You will receive and information email with a link for password creation. You will find your Portal ID (login) in the link as well. If you'd have trouble with creating password or you didn't receive an email, please, contact Helpdesk at https:://helpdesk.upol.cz.
