Pro '''zaměstnance '''UP bude uživatelské jméno stejné jako přihlašovací jméno do portálu, např. ''kocickov@upol.cz''. Zaměstnanci si své přihlašovací jméno zjistí od [[Správci počítačové sítě|správce počítačové sítě]].
