Pokud zapomenete svoje ID uživatele, nemusíte se znovu registrovat. Náš přihláškový systém totiž umožňuje uložit rodné číslo pouze jednou. Stačí použít formulář pro zapomenuté heslo, kde vyplníte pouze e-mailovou adresu. Systém vám automaticky zašle nové heslo na e-mail společně se všemi ostatními přihlašovacími údaji.

Forgotten User ID

I forgot my User ID. When I try to register once again, I cannot enter my birth certificate number and the system tells me that it is already occupied.

If you forget your User ID, you do not have to register again. Our Online Application Form allows you to enter your birth certificate number only once. Just fill in your e-mail address in the Forgotten Password form. You will receive an e-mail with new password and your User ID.
