Při prvním přihlášení do portálu zadává uživatel jako heslo své rodné číslo bez lomítka (10 - případně 9 číslic). Po přihlášení vyzve portál uživatele ke změně hesla na jiný zabezpečený tvar, který musí mít minimálně 8 znaků, z toho je alespoň 1 písmeno a 1 číslice.
